Long Jupiter 125 area 0New region 12798 [S17E46] was finally split off from AR 12797 by SWPC too. The region was unstable and produced a C flare and a number of B class events.

Long Jupiter 154 area 0Region 12798 [S17E19] decayed slowly.
S17E07 Data 2021-01-23
Long Jupiter 167 area 5Region 12798 [S17E07] decayed slowly. Two B class events were recorded during the day, the largest was a long duration B3.0 event peaking at 23:53 UT. This event was likely associated with a filament eruption over the region. A near simultaneous filament eruption was observed at the southeast limb. LASCO imagery covering the hours after the event was not yet available as of the time of this report.
