Region 12790 [S22E24] decayed slowly. A long duration C1.6 event peaked at 00:36 UT on December 5. This event was associated with a filament eruption to the north of the region. LASCO imagery covering the hours after this event is not available as this is written. There is a chance a CME was produced.
